Turn any hall, backyard or desert vista into a magazine-worthy setting. Our décor team combines elegant linens, statement balloon installations, themed backdrops, specialty lighting and fresh floral accents to match your vision down to the last ribbon curl.
Need a custom balloon arch in your brand colors, a stylish backdrop for photo ops, or tables dressed in the exact shade of sage green? Event Planning
Event Planning & Coordination
Great events feel effortless because someone else is guiding every timeline, vendor and last-minute detail behind the scenes. For event planning and coordination, we partner with Claudia, who brings years of experience turning checklists into smooth celebrations for weddings, corporate galas, birthdays and community fundraisers across Mohave County.
As our event-planning partner, Claudia works closely with Party Pizazz to help clients coordinate memorable celebrations. Our planners maintain close relationships with trusted venues, photographers, DJs, florists and transportation providers, which lets us keep communication clear for you. On event day we arrive first and leave last so the cake is cut on time and the dance floor stays packed.
Weddings
Full-Service Wedding Support
Party Pizazz handles the celebration side of your wedding day: tables, chairs, chiavari seating, linens, tuxedo rentals, catering, décor and event planning tailored to your vision.
For your ceremony, we happily refer couples to Richard Palm Weddings, an outside officiant provider. Officiant services are not performed by Party Pizazz Rents & Events. Contact Cindy for planning support and we will help coordinate the rest of your day.

How far in advance should I book?+
Six to eight weeks for most events; ten to twelve weeks during graduation, wedding and holiday seasons.
Do you deliver and set up?+
Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup are available for an additional fee. Pricing depends on the order, location, timing and services requested.
What's the deposit?+
Deposit terms are negotiable. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled delivery or pickup. We accept Zelle, credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash.
What if the weather turns?+
Weather-related changes or indoor relocation may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact Cindy to discuss the options for your event.
